Virtual Chimney Assessments

In an effort to deliver the highest level of service to our customers – and to keep everyone safe – we have refined the way we provide virtual services with our new two-phase virtual chimney assessment system. Not your thing? Contact us instead.

Phase one

In phase one of the virtual assessment process, we ask that you provide us with up to four good-quality photos of your problem area(s) and a brief description of the problem(s) you’re experiencing. Your photos and description will provide our technicians with the information they need to begin the assessment process and prepare them for phase two, the video call.

Phase two

In phase two, you and one of our certified technicians will have an in-depth video conversation so they can better assess the problem area(s) and give you a better understanding of the services we are able to provide.

This two-step virtual assessment process is a part of our touchless service initiative, which allows you to book services from the comfort and safety of your home, pay from your device, and have services performed with little or no contact at all.
